ASP Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Assist the superior in monitoring the implementation of the agreed Authorized Service Provider (ASP) operation plan in order to ensure the implementation aligned with the prevailing procedure and ISO standard
* Monitor pending status (part shortage) and inform to Service Logistic in order to get proper action immediately
* Escalate all issues which related to burn case to 2nd level support specialist so as to have further analysis immediately
* Set up daily briefing to all ASP staff to ensure all activities well performed in accordance to the prevailing procedure and ISO standard
* Provide bi-weekly and monthly productivity and performance report to be submitted to superior in order to support superior’ s action plan and decision making process.
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 4 years with 1 year experience in supervisory level in service center or bench repair from electronic / consumer electronic or IT industry
* Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
* Good problem solving skills
* Strong understanding of available and emerging technologies is essential
CS Development Executive
Responsibilities:
* Sell Options & Accessories using database of Contact Center & Warranty database
* Follow up sales thru distributors to ensure the stock availability and target achievement
* Liaise with other related department especially Service Logistics in order to conduct Factory Outlet.
* Develop and coordinate marketing campaign regularly to promote Options & Accessories
* Facilitate communication among MSR, Service Operation, Reseller & Distributors
* Develop report covers Sales, Reseller Stock, Activities, Suggestion & Plan
* Maintain Pricing Structure of Options & Super care
Requirements:
* Female, minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Marketing or Management
* Minimum 2 years working experience in sales activities or service center in IT / Electronic / consumer electronic
* Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
* Good problem solving skills
* Good communication skills
Part Screener Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Supervise the implementation of operation plan part screening in Acer Service Center to be in line with SOP
* Follow up & provide the proposed recommendation to superior for decision making process
* Coordinate & monitor all incoming and outgoing part from Notebook, PC, LCD, and Smarthandheld.
* Set up internal meeting for Part Screener team and all related person.
* Provide weekly report which including on case quantity
Requirements:
* Male, Min. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology/Science from reputable University
* Minimum 3 years working experience in the same field and 1 year experience in supervisory level
* Experience in Service Center Operation in Electronic/Consumer Electronics and IT Industries
* Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
* Good problem solving skills
* Strong understanding of available and emerging technologies is essential
