Customer Relation Staff
Responsibilities:
Receive and manage customer inquiries, complaints and request as well as ensure them to be well handled by related department.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Customer oriented, friendly,good communication skills and pleasant personality.
* Willing to work on weekends/holidays.
