E-Channel Project Support

Responsibilities:
Assist and/or handling e-channel related product development/enhancement (project and/or BAU related)
Coordinating with other units for marketing promotion; such as the preparation of marketing materials for our echannel product
Supporting branch inquiries and monitoring in problem solving related to echannel product
Provide regular reporting regarding all echannel performance by network (volume & frequency)
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
Minimum 2 years working experience in Banking industry or consultancy company knowledge in banking product and system
Data mining skill
