RECEPTIONIST
Job Description:

Receiving telephone calls/guests in a pleasant, courteous manner
Represents the company image as the front office stage
Handling administration activities such as correspondence and other documentation
Work closely with the Receptionist/Telephone Operator as a team to accomplish satisfactory and productive results

Requirements:
Female, with max. age 27 years old
Having min. graduated from Senior High School (SMA), preferably from Diploma majoring in Secretarial
Have a minimum of 2 (two) years experience, preferably as a receptionist or guest relations officer
Good looking and well groomed
Fast learner, discipline and independent
Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
Ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephone
Be a team player, encouraging, helpful and cooperative
Maintain a positive attitude; honest, be self motivated, responsible and resilient
Attractive, pleasant personality, customer service oriented
Fluent in both oral and written Bahasa Indonesia and English
Able to communicate well and good interpersonal skill
