Customer Care (Health Insurance)(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries and complaints related to Health Insurance
Resolving issues related to customer needs
Cooperate with other parties to help resolve customer problems
Ensuring that all incoming customer complaints can completed
Requirements:
Female, maximum age 25 years old;
Bachelor degree in any major Diploma Degree ;
Minimum experience 2 years in General or Life Insurance especially in handling Health Insurance
Excellent Communication and interpersonal Relationship Skill
Having good initiative and responsive personality;
Computer Literate (Word & Excel);
Proficient in English both oral & written.
