IT System Operation Officer(Banten - Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
Manage ICT daily operation to comply with the company IT security policy and standard, including all administrative record to meet audit requirement
Manage infrastructure service (server operation and data / voice / video communication) delivery in efficient, effective and secure manner and ensure its high availability, especially for business critical IT component.
Manage helpdesk service partner in performing server operation and end user client support
Ensure proper support is in place and accessible by everyone in need
Requirements:
S1 Degree from Information Technology / Computer Science from reputable university
Working experience min 3 - 5 years in MNC will be prioritized
Ability to solve problems quickly, automate processes, independent and self-direction.
IT System Infrastructure knowledge (Servers, Clients, Routers, Switches, IP Telephony)
Solid understanding of Microsoft Servers (Windows 2008 / R2, Domain Controller, Sharepoint, Exchange, Storage) and Symantec applications (Backup Exec, Backup Exec System Recovery, End Point)
Having experience in Business System (i.e. SAP, Human Capital) and Project Management would be considered as a plus point
Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must
Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, and communication skill
Hardworking and able to work under time pressure
