PART DELIVERY PROCESSORPOSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be responsible to :
Create and issue PO to Wartsila Global Logistics Services (WGLS) or other Product Company (PC) based on WESAP PR
Make sure complete and correct part delivered to customer
Monitor back order
AR, WIP monitoring
Communicate intensively with WGLS and internal customer
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
University Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering or Management
Min. 3 years experience in handling order processing/purchasing/logistics in spare part business
Having good knowledge of technical / engine spare part, SAP, order management
Ability to communicate well, good written and spoken English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
