Requirements:
Hold min. Diploma Degree from academy secretary
Have min. 2 years experience as Secretary (preferred as Secretary in Sales & Marketing Department)
Female with attractive appearance
Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
Excellent skills in MS Office (esp. Ms. Excel), administrative job and business correspondence
Proactive with excellent communication and multi tasking skills
Having knowledge in SAP Application is preferable
Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
