CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGERResponsibilities :
Controlling all expenditures payment voucher and documents according to efficiency cost, controlling and releasing Account Payable aging report.
Controlling the credit control procedure & Account Receivable aging report according to specific deadlines.
Controlling treasury of the company to ensure proper cash flow management and availability of cash for operation, payment and investment.
Planning and developing of financial procedures and ensuring a sound implementation of the procedures and minimizing financial risks.
Dealing with third parties: bank, vendor & customer, auditor and other institusion.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in Corporate Finance Manager positions.
Demonstrated experience in the design Manage of Operational Cash Flow.
Experience with Treasury processes and systems, including period-end closing and Consolidate Reporting.
Experience in working in matrix organizations with emphasis on communicating and decision making and demonstrated ability to work under pressure. Must be motivated by interdependency.
Strong management skills and a demonstrated anility to drive the effective implementation of procedures and policies to support operational business requirements across department and function boundaries.
Team player.
Highly developed analytical and organizational skills.
Bilingual with English as a secondary language.
Strong knowledge of Excel and some experience with ERP system.
