Secretary (Subject : [SEC] [SGF])
Responsibilities:
Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements
Planning, developing and implementing filing system for General Manager so as to ensure simple access to required documents
Coordinating and arranging General Manager’s visitors and personal guests
Conduct external business correspondences and internal memos and announcements
Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needs
Taking care of travel arrangement for General Manager, both domestic and overseas trips
Taking care of Payroll System

Requirements:
Female, Christian
Age 25-35 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree on Secretary with min. GPA 3
2-3 years experience as secretary and payroll system
Have great communication and interpersonal skills
Well organized and highly accurate
High endurance under work pressure
Fluent in English both spoken and written
High integrity, honest and trustworthy

Internal Auditor (Subject : [Internal Audit] [HO])
Responsibilities:
Conduct audits on schedule
Perform audits according to the program that was created
Can be assured that any findings based on evidence
Providing solutions to problems that have been found
Create audit reports are routinely
Requirements:
Male
Max. 35 years old
Bachelor Degree from Accounting Major
Experience min. 3 years in FMCG companies or public accountant
Having strong analytical, detail oriented and follow up people
Willing to travel
Computer skill ability
Mature, work independently, used to work under pressure
