PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SPV (PDS)
Requirements:

* Male or female, below 32 years old
* Hold a Magister Degree in Psychology (Psychologist) or Psychologist Profession.
* Min 1 year experience in Human Resource Development area or 2 years experiences as Assessor in Recruitment/Consulting Services
* Fresh graduate Psychologist are welcome to apply
* Deep comprehension in Assessment Competency
* Familiar with Human Resources Mapping and Talent Management
* Broad knowledge of other People Development Related fields (recruitment, training, Organization Development)
* Self-starter, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and to work effectively with wide range of diverse people
* Strong interpersonal and communicational skill, and able to work as a team
* Willing to travel to our branches all over Java
* Willing to join immediately
