Recruitment & Development Specialist (R&D Spc)
Responsibilities:
Provide recruitment and HR development processes to meet company’s current and future demands of employment and organization development

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management. Psychologist or Master in Profession Psychology are preferable.
* Maximum 28 years old
* 1 Year of professional experience in recruitment and/or organization development
* Good command in English, both oral and written
* Computer literature
* Knowledge in HR theory and practices
* Ability to develop psychological measurement tool (questionnaire, scale, and interview manual)
* Knowledge in the use and interpretation of personality profiling
* Ability to use statistical knowledge and program
* Leadership skill
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Multi tasking, energetic, and able to work in team is a must
* Having a car would be an advantage
