Requirements:
* Graduated from reputable University with major study Architecture, GPA min 3,00
* Minimum 5 years of working experience at the relevant position, high-rise building is preferred
* Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DsMax & Sketch Up, Photoshop, Microsoft office, Corel Draw
* Creative, have sense of art, honest and good communication skill, with good attitude.
* Discipline, Fast in Drawing & Hard Working, able to work over time is a must
* Could work well under pressure and tight deadlines
* Fluently in English
Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
* Graduated from reputable University with major study Civil Engineering, GPA min 3,00
* Minimum 10 years of working experience at the relevant position, high-rise building is preferred
* Negotiation, Conceptual Thinking, Leadership
* Problem Solving, Decision Making & Analytical Thinking
* Material Knowledge
* Fluently in English
Project Manager
