Responsibilities:
Managed clients requirement and assist Project Manager to plan negotiation strategy.
Developed software requirement specification and give input on features of the releases.
Established pro active and effective communication with client and project team.

Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's Degree from recognized university.
Depth knowledge of securities business process (Equity & Bond)
Depth knowledge of BAPEPAM/BEI/KSEI/KPEI regulation.
Knowledge ini ISO 9001 & SEI-CMMI requirements is an advantage.
Must be willing to work in Bumi Serpong Damai.

Responsibilities:
Preparing RFP for consultancy purpose. Team up with consultant in developing projects masterplan and detail plan. Review and maintain civil requirement standard in data center facilities. Maintaining and developing architectural or civil design for on going project.

Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's Degree from Civil engineering. Having minimal 3 years experience as engineering designer from reputable engineering consultancy firm. Strong analytical skill and problem solving ability. Good command in English, verbal and writing. Must be willing to work in Bumi Serpong Damai.
