[F&A] Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Finance & Accounting Division and its activities that include financial accounting, cost and management accounting, credit control and taxation.
Ensure timely submission and consolidation of monthly/quarterly management reports and analysis business information.
Formulate and implement financial policies as well as internal control procedures.
Budget planning, cash flow projections and reporting and all aspects of operational accounts.
Compute & process all related payroll & taxation for employees.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Finance or Accounting and Tax or Audit area with min. 3 years of experience at managerial level in a medium to large company or group of companies. or equivalent. Job role in Management or Financial Accounting & Reporting.
Good knowledge of PSAK.
Familiar with SAP System
Good Leadership skill and interpersonal understanding.
High responsibility, Hard work and good motivation.
