General Requirements :

* . Min S-1 Degree in related position (A-D) with GPA min. 3.00
* . Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills, both English and Indonesian
* . Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* . Computer literate
* . Independent, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented

Geotechnical Engineering Superintendent (Code: GES)
Based in Balikpapan Office. This is a senior staff position reporting to Mineral Resources Manager. He/she is responsible for lead a small team of specialist engineers and technicians in the development of policy, systems and procedures to enable advice to be provided to the operating mines on their slope stability circumstances.

Required Qualifications:

* Min. S1 Degree in Geology, Mining , or Civil Engineering
* Min. 7 years experiences in the geotechnical engineering area, relevant experience in the soft rock formations associated with Indonesian coal measures would be regarded as an advantage.
* Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement.
* Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W).
* Self motivated and self starter.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team of 6 geotechnical professionals to deliver result.
* Good interpersonal relationship skill.
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.
