Requirements:
Bachelor degree from Mining Engineer
Min. 2 years experience in coal industries
Preferably having certificates (POP or POM or POU, etc)
Able to identify surface data (geological structure)
Able to determine mine sequence and heavy equipment productivity control, cost control, etc.
Having depth knowledge and experience in exploitation, including front maintenance, hauling road, disposal location, production target (monthly, weekly, daily production)
Able to design long term and short term mining plans
High motivation, integrity, good interpersonal/communication skill, good team player.

Requirements:
Male/ Female, age max. 34 years
Education min. S1 majoring in Accounting (preferably S2/ Master Degree)
Experienced working as Financial Analyst or an auditor (internal/ external) or min. 3 years.
Good knowledge in Strategic Management and Financial Analyst
Having multi business knowledge is preferable
Able to make financial modeling tools or audit work program and procedures
Fluency in English is mandatory both verbal and written
Having the ease with which to work effectively under pressure and to meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times. You should also have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people all levels professionally
