Senior Process Engineer - Coal Processing Plant
(Code: SR-CPP)
(Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
Plan & Schedule Specific Improvement Projects allocated by the Manager in order that they can be achieved in a timely manner.
Liaise with KPC and contractor personnel on the environment, background, processes, problems, etc. Relating to specific projects in order to gain an overall understanding of all the issues involved and so be better able to plan and implement the project.
Decide on the most appropriate information and data required for the specific project and collect, collate and present in a way that can be easily understood and effectively analyzed.
Verify and analyze all information and data in order to identify trends, make conclusions and produce solutions and recommendations that will lead to improvement to current practices, system and processes.
Produce reports that present all information, data, conclusions, solutions and recommendations that are succinct, relevant and easily read and understood.
Analyze current systems and practices that record performance data of the Division's coal chain and the Department's costs in order to identify improvements that will lead to more efficient and accurate data collection and reporting.
Design and implement performance and cost data collection and reporting systems that will provide management with accurate and timely information to be used in performance and cost analysis and tracking.

Requirements:
S1 in Mining/Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years experience in a mining/processing environment.
Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Access and Mail, in order to be able to design recording and reporting systems.
Highly self motivated with the ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Senior Specialist - Contract
(Code: SS-C)
(Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
Tender development and processing from tender issuance until contract award plus contract development in timely manner for all contract requests for both long-term service format and projects format
Facilitate and drive resolution meeting to obtain improvements for each issue in tendering process, ongoing contracts and post-contracts
Interpret contracts providing advice and support to operational personnel in contracts management
Liaise with customers to understand key elements of contractor performance and to identify performance criteria and develop methods to measure and manage that performance
Analysis of opportunities and issue to capture improvement
Administer management of performance based agreement for all type of contracts
Ensure and maintain tender or contract include KPC Standard as required and follow the tender & contract procedure including CMS procedure
Deliver analytical and negotiation skill to achieve the best cost for KPC
Handle major contract and solve big contractual problem
Assist Contract Superintendent to develop Junior Specialist Contract and Contract Officer to achieve a competency level in general contract administration

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification (S1) in Mining or Engineering field with 4 years experience in Mining or Engineering or Supply Chain
Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities
Good planning and organizing skills
Technical knowledge related to the services is a plus
Negotiation, analytical & problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (written & oral) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Computer skills such as Word Processing, Spreadsheet and Ellipse Supply System
Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents
Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it

Manager - Internal Audit (Code: MIA)
(Reporting to President Director & Head of Internal Audit)

Qualifications & Experience :

* At least 10 (ten) years internal audit experience. Ideally in a large scale corporate environment covering operational, risk, assurance audits as well as audit work at a recognized senior level and exposure to the oil, gas or mining industries.
* Tertiary qualifications (S1 degree) in business management and/or accounting, Master degree is preferred.
* Managerial and supervisory experience.
* Project management skills.
* Attention to detail together with analytical and problem solving skills.
* Effective communication skills (written and oral).
* Report writing skills.
* Hold professional/expertise certification from recognized professional institution (such as Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditor).
* Fluency in both English and Indonesian to converse with both internal and external personnel.
* Maximum age – no more than 40 years old.

Key elements of the position include:

* Develop a flexible annual audit plan using an appropriate risk-based methodology, including any risks or control concerns identified by management, and submit that plan to the audit committee for review and approval as well as periodic updates.
* Implement the annual audit plan, as approved, including as appropriate any special tasks or projects requested by management and the audit committee.
* Evaluate and assess significant merging/consolidating functions and new or changing services, processes, operations, and control processes coincident with their development, implementation, and/or expansion.
* Keep the audit committee informed of emerging trends and successful practices in internal auditing.
* Provide a list of significant measurement goals and results to the audit committee.
* Assist in the investigation of significant suspected fraudulent activities within the organization and notify management and the audit committee of the results.
* Consider the scope of work of the external auditors and regulators (including government appointed auditors), as appropriate, for the purpose of providing optimal audit coverage to the organization at a reasonable overall cost.
* Provide annually an assessment on the adequacy and effectiveness of the organization’s processes for controlling its activities and managing its risks in the areas set forth under the mission and scope of work.
* Report significant issues related to the processes for controlling the activities of the organization and its affiliates, including potential improvements to those processes, and provide information concerning such issues through resolution.
* Periodically provide information on the status and results of the annual audit plan and the sufficiency of department resources.
* Coordinate with and provide oversight of other control and monitoring functions (risk management, compliance, security, legal, ethics, environmental, external audit).

Supervisor Administration HSES (Code: SPV-HSES)
Responsibilities:

* Supervise the output team to ensure that optimum manpower utilization is achieved.
* Develop subordinates by on the job coaching, setting goals and conducting annual performance appraisal to ensure that necessary training is identified and attended.
* Maintain company policy and procedures to ensure that it’s being implemented by General Manager, Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors and Lead hands.
* Maintain housekeeping activities for safety health and comfort reasons.
* Maximizes the use of computer in routine administrating duties and adapt to new computer system and methods.
* Review existing administrative policies and work procedures and initiate and make proposals for improvements.
* Prepare and process manpower recruitment to ensure proper qualified personnel are hired timely and within budget.
* Control divisional / departmental training and leave schedules to ensure that adequate qualified personnel are available at all time in work site.
* Provide administration and account services to employees such as leave application, medical checkup, medical referral, loan, etc. to ensure effective and efficient arrangement / payments.
* Provide Petty Cash and account services to employees to ensure effective and efficient payments.
* Maintain the division’s / department’s / section’s manpower, permit, contract agreement filing system to track documentation, register information consistent with KPC’s standard and update records as necessary.
* Review in detail all proposal comes to the division/department that all related to division/department goals. Suggest the recommendation action to be done by General Manager / Manager after consider the budget availability.
* Control and monitor cost allocation and division’s / department’s / section’s cost spending to ensure that all cost and expenditure has been charged into the right cost centre and correct cost.
* Assisting General Manager / Managers/ Superintendents to provide budget plan by inputting data or giving advice as required.
* Control all contractor/consultant’s contract/invoices to ensure that correct procedure is implemented and costs are being allocated properly.
* Recommend and implement as directed, enhancements to existing office process and systems to improve the Division’s effectiveness and provide better customer service.

Requirements:

* Minimum Senior High School educational background with at least 5 years works experience and 2 years in Supervisory roles.
* Proven Supervisory and Leadership Skill.
* Good communication skills to have contact with various positions. Direct and strong personality to motivate staff.
* Good knowledge of computer skill such as Microsoft Office, Ellipse, Alesco, Office Equipment and its applications.
* Attention to detail, accuracy.
* Alertness, initiative, creativity, determination, patience, and keep pace with the progress of the General Manger/Manager/Superintendent’s work.
* Problem solving skills and ability to determine priorities.
* Ability to perceive problems and delegate the solution to the competent parties.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to liaise with customers.
* Ability to keep confidentiality of sensitive information/documents.
