ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Minimum requirements:
Diploma degree in Accounting
Female
Two years working experience in Accounting
Depth knowledge in Accounting Principles
Proficiency in computers, especially word processing, spreadsheets
Be able to work together within a team environment
likely to join up immediately

PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Requirement :
Minimum education S1 in any major
Minimum 2 years experience in Purchasing
Preferably specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
Able to make RAB
Capable on dealing with suppliers
Good communication skills, analytical, negotiation, teamwork, confidence
English is a must

ASSISTANT PROCUREMENT MANAGER

General Description :
Follow detailed procedures consistent with corporate policy, project requirements and good commercial, legal and ethical practice
Assemble, obtain project manager’s approval and issue request for information or expressions of interest concerning planned contract tender invitations
Select or update, for project manager’s approval, good clauses for proposal, quotation and tender invitations
Assemble contract documentation, including technological components, provided by the project team
Verify the proposed form of contract is consistent with the type of requirements:
“ Agreement “ are for professional services
“ contracts “ are for services with goods
“ Purchase orders “ are for good only
Verify that the proposed commercial terms are consistent with the extent of the scope information provided
Solicit, receive and analyze proposal, quotation and tender submissions and recommend selection
Ensure proper purchases, agreements and contracts
Assist in final closure of all procurement documentation upon completion of the respective work

Requirement :
Male/Female
Bachelor Degree
Relevant entry level training in project management and familiarity with the technology of the project management and familiarity with the technology of the project
Experience 3-5 years working on project, Several years experience in purchasing role
3 to 5 years of industry / sector experience
Command of English (especially legalistic), numerate, analysis and use of spreadsheet software

* Conducting market research for determining brand perception, understanding customer needs, evaluating market penetration, customer satisfaction and analyzing competitors
* Measuring the effectiveness of advertising, market and communication strategies and programs
* Devising and evaluating methods and procedures to collect data such as opinion pool, surveys or questionnaires or arranging them to obtain accessible data
* Building marketing dashboards, which visualize fundamental performance indicators

Requirement :

* Male/Female
* Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Marketing from an accredited University
* 3 to 5 years of industry / sector experience
* Exceptional knowledge of sales, business and marketing process
* Strong business reporting, project management and writing skills
* Strong business acumen, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
* Should be able to contribute to planning and strategic thinking
* Strong computer skills that includes reporting software and business intelligence
* Exceptional written as well as verbal communication skill and good command in English
* High level of personal enthusiasm and self motivation

Requirement :

* Male
* Age max 30 years old
* Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring Sales or Marketing
