Leak Detection Analyst (LDA)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Membuat report analisa kebocoran tampak (visible) dan tidak tampak (invisible)
Menghimpun data KPI harian dari unit-unit invisible leak detection
Melakukan kontrol dan analisa terhadap consumable equipment, termasuk di dalamnya kontrol terhadap equipment purchasing
Melakukan pengembangan teknik pendeteksian kebocoran bekerja sama dengan unit dan section terkait.
Memastikan bahwa Quality Management System dan H&S berjalan dengan baik dengan melakukan internal audit, dan memberikan rekomendasi penyempurnaan bekerjasama dengan Unit dan Section terkait

Requirements:
Lulusan S1 Tehnik
Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang yang sama
Pengetahuan mengenai metode deteksi kebocoran dan peralatan yang digunakan
Pengetahuan mengenai jaringan perpipaan dan hidrolika
Kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer (Autocad, GIS, MS Office)

* Assist and proposed people development strategy
* Implementation people development program
* Supervise people development activities
* Define people development subject align with people assessment
* Maping manpower position and succession mapping

Requirement:

* S -1 all major preferebly Psychology or Human Resource Management
* Working experience in Human Capital Development minimum 3 - 4 years
* Computer (MS Office)
* English (Oral and Written)
* Managerial ability
* Knowledge of employee management system
* Ability to develop organization
* Familiar with Public speaking
