We are looking for dynamic individuals who are willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges in group company growth for the following position:
Commercial Leasing Manager(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
To be able to work and manage all leasing activities of designated retail malls / office buildings.
Ability to conceptualize the best retail theme and tenancy mix of any given retail mall.
Ability to motivate leasing agents or individually to source for the right tenants mix for the designate area of responsibilities.
Ability to work with, manage and motivate subordinates to achieve goals and targets as set out by management.
Ability to negotiate and achieve the target rent and within the stipulated time frame as set out by management.
Upkeep good relations with exists tenants, potential tenants and leasing agents.
Ability to provide updates reporting to immediate superiors on a prescript time frame
To conduct market research, identify and analysis competition and identify ways of overcoming them.
Ability to identify potential revenue generating advertising and promotion opportunities
Ability to carryout presentation with ease to management, prospective tenants and the like.
Ability to work effectively using Microsoft excel, work and powerpoint and emails.
Ability to conduct one self professional and portrait the corporate image as set our by the company
Ability to work with various departments and communicate effectively to achieve department goals
Requirements:
Minimum S1 degree in reputable university (both local and overseas), majoring in marketing and/or leasing (preferably in the Real Estate industry)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail leasing or related position.
Positive attitude, strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
