Senior Relationship Manager Corporate Banking (Surabaya Branch )
(Jawa Tengah - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:
Originating and Acquiring New Customer
Build and maintain relationship with customer with professionalism
Analyze customer needs and credit risk
Structuring credit facilities according to clients needs
Negotiate terms and conditions as well as legal documentation

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or relevant discipline
Having Four (4) years experiences in Commercial and Corporate Banking Business
Have broad knowledge of Forex Exchange, Banking Products such as Trade Finance and FX would be advantage
Strong in analytical thinking
Good interpersonal and negotiation skill
Result oriented
Have good presentation skill and report writing in English

Furthermore you will need a university degree with demonstrated managerial capabilities.

Compliance Senior Officer

Requirements:
Experience in Banking’s Compliance Management min 5 years
Sound knowledge on banking and regulatory rules, especially in Treasury and Credit transactions
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
English is a must
Experience in AML is an advantage

Legal Documentation Senior Officer
Responsibilities:
To support the legal process by executing the task responsibilities by ensuring good quality of work and accuracy. Preparing agreement and other legal documents and document required for legality of loan’s signing. Preparing Corporate Guarantee, Master Corporate Guarantee in form of unnotarized format based on management approval.

Requirements:
Experience min 5 years (Banking experience is preferable)
Bachelor degree (majoring in Law is preferable)
Good knowledge of banking legal and credit documentation
Good knowledge of Company Law and investment procedure
Familiar with banking legal and credit documentation (loan agreement, security documents such as pledge, fiduciary transfer, mortgage, personal guarantor, corporate guarantor and etc)
Able to provide legal advice and legal opinion
Fluent in English speaking and written
Pleasant personality, assertive, honest, high integrity, and willing to work under pressure and independently either individually or within the team
Have initiative and problem solving ability
Mandarin would be advantage
Holding advocate license is preferable
