Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Training, Hub. Industrial, General Affair, Personal Admin, Payroll, and Customer Service
Assist the smooth operation of the store

Requirements:
Male / Female, max. 28 years. D3 (with a minimum 1 year experience) or S1 from reputable University, GPA min 2.75
Graduates of Psychology / HR Management / Law, have an understanding of Recruitment / Training / Personal Admin / Hub. Industrial
Not color blind
Willing to follow the shifting of work hours and would be placed in Tangerang, Serang Karawaci and

Area Supervisor (U.S.)
(Tangerang, Serang and Karawaci)

Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets
Analyze sales reports
Led the team in store operations

Maximum age 28 years.

Minimum S1 from Mechanical/Electrical / Civil Engineering with GPA min 2.75
Minimum 2 years experiences as estimator in civil contractor/consultant
Excellent analytical skill & detail oriented
Experience in handling variety project (especially construction or interior)
Good English (oral & written) & computer literate
Proven track record in preparing project specification, M&E lay out, and managing project progress report
Having good experiences in negotiating budget & final account
Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
