Supply Planner (SP)
(Banten - Merak)

Responsibilities:
The role is responsible to maintain availability and inventory of Finished Good, Raw Material and Empty pack. He/she will communicate with Sales and Marketing for Forecasting and Ordering and also maintain KPI reporting for Supply Planning for regional reporting.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering major
Minimum 4 years experience in Supply Planning
Hands on experience in MRP, MPS
Strong interpersonal and leadership skill to deal and communicate with other functions (Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Customer Fulfillment)
Computer literate and familiar with ERP system, preferably JD Edwards.
Able to speak and write English fluently
Willing to work in Merak

Supply Planner (SP)
Responsibilities:

Plant Engineer (PE)
Responsibilities:
This role will report to Plant Manager and will act as the Engineering Authority for LSC. The incumbent will manage all the engineering aspect and make sure all the facilities are fit for purpose. This role will also implement the entire BP/Castrol engineering standards in the plant which are driven by BP/Castrol Global engineering Team and support the production team to achieve the production target in every production day.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* Min. 5 years experience in Engineering Project as well as Maintenance in manufacturing industry
* Good Leadership skill and able to manage staff, contractor and contract workers
* Understand the TPM concept and able to implement in the plant
* Familiar with Safety in Engineering work
* Certification as Professional Engineer is preferable
* Willing to be placed in Merak Plant

Finance Analyst (FA)
Responsibilities:
The role will report to the Country Finance Manager, the job holder is accountable for quality, timely and relevant financial reporting and analysis for Indonesia Lubricants business and also accountable for the development of budgets and forecast as well as tracking and reporting actual performance against budgets and forecast. The job holder will also ensure effective system of reporting and forecast with integrity, transparency and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
* Min. 5 years experience in Finance / Accounting department in manufacturing / trading / audit company
* Thorough understanding of financial and accounting information and processes
* Experienced using JDE system is preferable
* Highly numeric and analytical, able to see the entire business operation in its logical component parts, and objectively challenges the cost/benefit relativity of each.
* Strong problem solving skill
* Strong interpersonal skills and experienced in interacting with the other functions within the organization and with internal and external counterparties
* Computer literate and proficient in English
