PROGRAM MANAGER (PM) / TRAINER (TR)
(SURABAYA)

Requirements:
Male / Female, age between 27 – 35 years old
Minimum bachelor degree, with GPA min. 3.00
Experience minimum 3 years in similar position (PM / TR)
Expert to identification training needs for all position, develop implement and manage training process (PM)
Expert in learning management system, evaluate training effectiveness and recommended for solution (PM)
Understand in handling training, create training module and conducting training evaluation & effectiveness (TR)
Having good interpersonal and communication skill, able to work under pressure and have an optimistic attitude to achieve target and goal
Computer literate (Ms. Office, advanced in Ms. Excel & Power Point)
Willing to travel (Surabaya)
