Specialist Manager For RTECode: SRTE

Responsibilities:
To develop and implement strategic plans for assigned RTE (Ready To Eat) categories within framework of a disciplined category management business process so as to achieve company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share, promotions, customer satisfaction and productivity perfomance measures of the company.
Requirements:
Graduate from S1 or Bachelor from any dicipline
Having 7 - 10 years experienced in retail industry with chain stores, fast food chain stores, hotel and restaurant
Creative, energetic, sharp analytical skill, team work oriented, result oriented, presentation skill, an excellence communications at all level within the organization
Posses strong knowledge of Ready To Eat (RTE) with the culinary background
English proficiency both oral and written is essential
