Responsibilities:
Planning, managing. coordinating and controlling all activities related to personnel in terms of recruitment and selection, personnel system, procedure, policies and payroll.
Writing and manualization of work systems, job descriptions and management guide to fulfill stakeholder’s need
To advise Board of Directors on future development of the area base on HR
Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS :
Male
Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university majoring in Human Resources, Psychology or Law
Have experience in Media Company ( Online / Magazine / newspaper Company) is an advantage
Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs (word, Power Point, Excel, etc)
Strong written/ verbal communication skills
Excellent administration, good in intrapersonal & interpersonal skills and working in team
Understand labor regulation, jamsostek and legal aspect
Understand about SIUP, NPWP, TDP
Able to work under minimum supervision
Specific Requirements :
Have experience minimum 3 years in handling recruitment
Have License to conduct psycho test is most desirable
