Training & Recruitment Officer(Jawa Timur - SURABAYA)
Requirements:
Male/Female, max 33 yrs old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
Familiar with training need analysis, implementation, and evaluation
Familiar with recruitment service (sourcing, testing and interview)
Excellent in personality and communication (English & Bahasa)
Having experience in heavy equipment, automotive, or another technical industry will be an advantage
