Supervisor AR - MedanResponsibilities:
Responsible for achieving the target accuracy and up-dating the transaction data in the volume and value, both internally and externally in the form of transactions, including managing the implementation process of data input, corrections, and report. Maintain administration tool (sof / hardware) to achieve the target data accuracy, timeliness, and performance reports periodically lead team. Prepare, equip and develop the implementation of the settlement of billing documents to the achievement of targets TOP (Terms of Payment) by considering the company’s policy in an effort to increase cash flow.

Ensure all relevant costs in accurate. Control over all settlement advance. Ensure all transactions are properly entered into GL & up date. Coordinate between Costing SPV, SPV Fin, Payment, AR for monthly closing. Coordinate with the Branch at the time of closing monthly. Make sure FR according to the date line & correct.
