Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
Having 3 years experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in consumer goods company and understand the business processes

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
YOU are responsible to translate know how fields into implementation systems and tools and control its implementation within projects & Process.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and development of new process methods to improve factories performances within South Cluster & Asia Pacific Region in order to meet the set targets of uptime, yield and DIM waste and product quality.
Operate as a Subject Matter Expert for New Product innovation, development and Marketing initiatives within AP region.
Provide technical expertise of best /latest process/most cost effective technology and best manufacturing practices to improve, optimize and maximize quality, productivity and conversion costs within AP affiliates.
Collaborate on the assessment of manufacturing facilities at potential non PM factories for TPM or acquisition and provide feasibility study and projected investment cost to PM management to support decision making.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably from Mechanical Engineering.
Having 4 to 6 years in FMCG industry.
Good knowledge and skills in Project Management.
Good knowledge and skills of Environmental, Health and Safety.
Able to work with MS office and MS Project. Knowledge and skills on Auto Cad will be an advantage.
Programming skills with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface software will be an advantages
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
